At Totem Nursery School, we believe that every learning experience is born within relationships: between children, adults, spaces, and languages.
Education is a shared journey, built day by day through listening and exploration. Totem Nursery School welcomes children from 9 months to 6 years old in two nursery sections (9–36 months) and two mixed-age preschool sections (3–6 years). Italian and English coexist as two everyday languages, naturally intertwining in gestures, routines, play, and exploration.
Totem is a bilingual school nest, where Italian and English coexist like two voices of the same educational story: two languages to think, imagine, communicate, and grow in the world. Through the encounter of two languages, children develop cognitive flexibility, attention skills, working memory, and divergent thinking — abilities that neuroscience recognizes as essential for future learning.
